A Celebration of Creativity
My venture into this medium was inspired through public and private FB groups. It allowed me to see carved pieces from all over the globe, gain knowledge and have confidence to pursue.
My creative energy stems from pushing the boundaries out of my comfort zone through new mediums.

Single piece of Black Walnut

PROVENACE
This piece pays homage to the rise of Web3, NFT Art, Crypto, it's ecosystems and most importantly, its community. This is my physical representation of how I envision the Blockchain and all it represents. Beauty mixed with raw.
Taking 52 hours to complete, this hand and power carved piece boasts 2 fully articulating links.
The base represents the raw, unfinished, unexpected and sometimes volatile side of Web3. Yet, it is strong and stable, capable of holding the weight of the world.
I kept the base, original mill cut angle offset to provide asymmetry and a more robust statement. The offset cut ironically mimics the iconic angle of our Web3 rocket. LFG 🔥🔥🚀
The freed chain links represent community, the philosophy and the positive outcomes Web3 has already given the world.
The links aren’t perfect, and neither are we, but that’s the foundation of our authenticity. We’re forever bound together, holding each other up, allow each other freedom of movement and leave space open as we will always welcome a new link.
